These terms govern your use of Recall ("the Software"), a desktop plugin for Autodesk Revit, and the website at recallplugin.com ("the Website"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Recall is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on workstations within your organisation, up to the number of users specified in your subscription.

• The license is valid for the subscription period (annual, billed yearly).
• You may install the Software on any number of machines, but only the licensed number of users may actively use it.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software to third parties.

2. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to the Software. No payment is taken until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial expires to avoid being charged.

3. Payment and billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.
• Pricing is based on the number of users at the time of purchase.
• Prices may change with notice. Existing subscriptions will honour the price at the time of renewal unless otherwise communicated.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Updates

Your subscription includes all updates released during your subscription period. Updates are provided as new installer downloads. We are not obligated to release updates on any particular schedule.

6. Data and privacy

The Software runs entirely on your local infrastructure. No project data, drawings, or details are transmitted to us or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Your license grants usage rights only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Revit configurations. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage to your Revit project files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account.
• Upon cancellation, you may continue using the Software until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation outside of the 30-day refund window.

11. Autodesk and Revit

Revit is a registered trademark of Autodesk, Inc. Recall is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
